USING MOVO NETWORK

Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

MOVO helps professionals organize their connections and share the providers and clinics they recommend. Your recommendations remain your own. Membership pays for the platform’s tools.

1. About these terms

These terms cover MOVO Network (“MOVO,” “we,” or “us”) at movonetwork.com and its account, directory, connection, and membership services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Account holders must be at least 18 and authorized to provide the professional information they submit. You are responsible for your account activity, accurate contact details, and keeping your password and email access secure.

2. Recommendations and professional identity

A recommendation expresses its author’s view. It does not create a reciprocal endorsement, confirm that the listed provider has joined MOVO, or guarantee clinical quality, outcomes, availability, or insurance coverage. A clinic recommendation concerns the practice as a whole; it does not automatically endorse every person working there.

Only claim a professional identity you are authorized to manage. We may request evidence, decline a claim, require corrections, or restrict a disputed profile. Profile approval concerns who manages a page; it is not accreditation or a clinical quality rating. Paying never purchases identity approval, recommendations, preferential ranking, or referrals.

Disclose relevant employment, ownership, financial, or other material relationships when making a recommendation. Do not impersonate someone, fabricate credentials or endorsements, offer payment for recommendations, or publish misleading information.

3. Professional information, not medical care

MOVO Network is a professional networking and information service. Using it does not establish a clinician–patient relationship or provide diagnosis, treatment, scheduling, clinical referral processing, or emergency care. Confirm credentials, location, availability, fees, insurance, and suitability directly with the practice. For an emergency, contact emergency services.

Do not add patient names, medical records, plans of care, health histories, or other patient-identifying information to profiles, recommendations, connections, or support messages. Keep clinical documentation in your clinical systems.

4. Membership and automatic renewal

Feature access clarified October 5, 2026. Prices and automatic-renewal terms are unchanged.

Account creation, adding provider details, listing claims, identity review and corrections, adding or editing recommendation drafts, viewing existing contacts and incoming requests, and patient browsing are free. One paid membership covers your published network page, QR code, print kit, and Connections. There is no separate charge per connection. A person or clinic may appear in someone else’s recommendation without purchasing membership.

Monthly membership is $9 USD per month. Yearly membership is $90 USD charged upfront each year. Both provide the same membership features. There is no included trial. The selected membership renews automatically at the displayed interval until you cancel. Review the amount and renewal terms before completing checkout. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment.

Stripe processes payments and maintains your payment method and billing records. You authorize the recurring payments you expressly accept during signup for membership. A free pilot account does not convert to paid membership unless you choose a plan and complete checkout. Prices may change for future periods with advance notice; you can cancel before a new price takes effect.

5. Cancellation, refunds, and access

To stop renewal, sign in and open Membership → Manage billing / cancel, choose cancellation, and confirm it before your next billing date. No phone call is required. If you cannot access billing, email support@movonetwork.com for help. Removing a recommendation, unpublishing a page, or signing out does not cancel billing.

Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges or unused time. For an incorrect charge, duplicate charge, or refund request, contact support with your account email and the charge date. Do not send full card details. We review requests individually, and any refund rights required by law remain available.

When membership expires or payment fails, publishing updates and member actions in Connections become unavailable. Your existing published network remains publicly viewable until you unpublish it; publishing updates requires active membership. Saved drafts remain in your account unless you request deletion or they are removed under these terms. You can still add or edit drafts, view existing contacts and incoming requests, request corrections, decline or cancel requests, remove recommendations or connections, and unpublish. Sending or accepting new connections and enabling requests in Connections require active membership. Ending membership does not remove another clinician’s recommendation of you.

6. Your content and visibility

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give MOVO a non-exclusive permission to store, process, format, and display it as needed to operate the service according to your visibility choices. You must have permission to use submitted photos and other material. This permission does not transfer ownership of your professional relationships to MOVO.

Saved drafts and private connections are not public network pages. Publishing is a separate choice after profile approval and makes the full network publicly viewable, including recommendations and office details. Public viewing never requires an account or membership. When you enable private requests in Connections, colleagues with your Connections URL can see your approved provider details. Sending a connection request shares your name, practice, and account email with the recipient; accepting shares the recipient’s account email with the requester.

Public pages may be indexed, copied, or shared by others. Unpublishing removes your page from MOVO’s public view, but cannot recall copies already made elsewhere. Basic professional directory entries and recommendations authored by others are separate from your account. Contact support to report inaccurate, unauthorized, or sensitive information, even if you have no account.

7. Responsible use and service availability

Do not use MOVO for harassment, spam, unlawful discrimination, fraudulent billing, unauthorized access, bulk collection of private contact details, or attempts to bypass another person’s privacy settings. Do not submit malicious content or interfere with the service.

We may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, security issues, disputed identity, nonpayment, or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. The service may change or experience interruptions; we do not promise a particular number of connections, patients, referrals, or business results.

8. Limits and changes

To the extent permitted by law, the service and third-party information are provided as available, without guarantees of completeness, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular clinical or business purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms and will post the effective date here. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or your account email, and obtain consent where required. California law governs these terms except where applicable law requires otherwise.
