A network that starts with you.
Connect with colleagues privately. Share the professionals you genuinely recommend when you are ready.
Sign in or create an accountMake a private connection
- Scan a colleague’s QR code or open their connection link.
- Sign in with your personal or work email, then confirm your name and practice.
- Send the request. The recipient can accept or decline it.
Sending a request shares your name, practice, and account email with that colleague. Accepting shares the recipient’s email with the sender. Connections stay private and do not create a public recommendation.
Open Connections & QR →Publish your recommendations
- Create your profile or select your existing provider listing.
- Add your NPI or license details and submit for identity review.
- Add the providers and clinics you trust, with your own reasons.
- With active membership and profile approval, preview and publish your network.
You choose when to publish. A colleague does not need an account to be recommended, and recommending them does not imply that they recommend you.
Build my network →A few things to know
What does membership cost?
Founding membership is $9 USD per month to build and share your own network, renewing monthly until cancelled. Patients browse free; providers do not need to subscribe to be recommended. Claims and identity corrections remain free. See membership and checkout availability.
What happens when I sign up?
Use a personal or work email. You can create a password or use an emailed code. Email verification confirms access to your inbox; it does not verify your professional identity or publish your profile. No ChatGPT account is needed.
Am I claiming an existing provider listing?
Find your listing, select it, review the details, and submit your claim with professional credentials. Selecting a listing or saving it is not a review submission. Check your dashboard for the review status and notes.
What can other people see?
Your saved draft and verification details are not on your public network page. Publishing makes your chosen profile details and recommendations public. Enabling your connection card makes its approved name, specialty, practice, and available photo accessible to anyone with its link.
Your account email is not shown on public pages. It is shared privately when you send or accept a connection request.
Can I keep my network private?
Keep your network unpublished, and leave your connection card switched off unless you want to share it. You can unpublish a network or disable its connection link later.
These controls do not remove a listing or recommendation someone else has already published about you. A global listing-visibility control is not yet available.
How do I share my QR code at an event?
After your profile is approved, open Connections & QR, enable your share link, and save or share your QR code. Test it with another phone first. A new colleague can create an account and subscribe to send a request without completing a public profile.
Check the Requests tab for new connections. You can choose connection email updates in your email preferences.
Where is my verification email?
Check the address you entered and look in spam or junk for mail from Movo Network. Wait for the resend countdown, request a fresh code, and enter the entire newest code. Codes can be 6–10 digits. Keep the Movo page open while checking your inbox.
If you have a password, use the Password option instead. For password help, choose Forgot password, verify the emailed code, and set a new password. Never share a code or password with anyone.
Why are my saved changes missing from the public page?
Saving updates your draft. Publishing updates the patient-facing page. After changing profile details, submit them for review again before publishing a new version. Your last published version stays visible while membership is active, unless you unpublish it.
Can a clinic join?
You can recommend a clinic as a whole and add its locations. Shared clinic accounts, team permissions, and clinic ownership claims are not available yet. Use your individual provider account for now.
What should I leave out?
Movo currently supports professional profiles and connections. Keep patient names, clinical records, and plans of care in your clinical systems.
