What happens if I cancel?
Cancel renewal in Manage billing. Access continues through your paid period.
Your existing published network stays publicly viewable until you unpublish it. You can still edit drafts and view existing contacts and incoming requests. Publishing updates, seeing who recommends you, and member actions in Connections require active membership.
Other providers’ published recommendations of you are unaffected. Cancellation & refund policy.
How do referral credits work?
Recommend a colleague. If they first publish as a member and you qualify, you both earn a $9 membership credit. See eligibility, limits, and credits.
Do providers pay to be recommended?
No. Providers and clinics can be recommended without joining or paying. Being listed is free and does not imply a recommendation in return. Membership does not buy an endorsement or identity approval. Identity review and listing corrections are free.
